Regardless, coronary heart disease ranks number one in terms of diseases and health-related problems in Malaysia. A country with people from different backgrounds and culture, it also comes with many different types of food and cuisine and lifestyles. Therefore, it is not surprising that most of the major causes of the killer diseases in Malaysia are widely due to the diet, food intake and bad lifestyles.
