To curb and control the outbreak the government implemented a Movement Control Order (“MCO”) on 16 March 2020 and it was replaced with another Conditional Movement Control Order (“CMCO”) which was further extended to 9 June 2020. The Government thereafter announced the Recovery Movement Control Coder (“RMCO”) to be effective from 10 June 2020 to 31 August 2020.
