This presentation will FOCUS on the organization objectives (NFPA1600) in implementing fire detection and alarm system. Different detectors will behave and respond differently based on the type of detectors used.
Detectors are designed based on product standards (BOMBA, EN54, UL, FM) and how these detectors are installed, tested and maintenance (NFPA72, EN54-14, BS5839-1 or etc.) has different characteristic between product standards and installation standards.
