Synopsis
Every organization and businesses in the world today are looking at achieving excellence by producing better quality of products or services at faster speed with higher productivity but at lower cost in order to be competitive in the market. The way to achieve this is through continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma that is being the most widely used methodology with great success stories. The speaker will be covering on how Lean Six Sigma drives for continuous improvement in terms of cultural change and providing the appropriate tools to eliminate wastes and reduces variations that exist in the process which lead to a positive business goal impact. It is not just about the tools – it is about lean thinking and having a mindset change.

The speaker is a Black Belt certified for Continuous Improvement Methodologies by Johnson & Johnson Supply Chain Academy with 15 years working experience in manufacturing industry (Original Equipment Manufacturer & Contract Manufacturer), shared service industry for an airline company and medical industry. He has an 8-year training experience for participants consisting of different levels. Other than that, the speaker is also experienced in Project Management. A passionate as well as a creative individual, who believes in “improve continuously to chase for perfection” that cares about achieving the highest quality and in coaching as a transfer agent.

- Closing Date: Registration should reach us latest by 3 March 2020 or when registration is full, whichever is earlier.
- Walk-in registration will only be accepted if vacant seat is available.
- Registered participant fails to attend, the fee paid will not be refunded. In the event a representative has been sent to attend, the representative must be a member of the same grade, otherwise the difference in registration fee must be paid before admission is allowed.
- Attendance by representative will not be issued with the Certificate of Attendance.
- All participants are to present their NRIC card for verification upon signing for attendance.
