Convention Synopsis

The IEM Penang Branch is set to host its first-ever one-and-a-half-day Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Convention 2023, a groundbreaking event dedicated to promoting knowledge sharing, safety compliance, sustainability advocacy, cutting-edge technology adoption, and collaborative networking among industry professionals. With a diverse agenda of technical talks centered around the theme “Generative Talents for Sustainability”, this one-and-a-half-day convention is expected to draw over 100 attendees, including industry experts, consultants, academics and government officials, primarily from the Northern Region of Peninsular Malaysia.

Taking place on November 17th and 18th at the SPICE Convention Center in Bayan Lepas, Penang, this event is poised to serve as a defining moment for the progress of the mechanical and electrical sectors. Bringing together a diverse array of multidisciplinary experts, it is set to foster a dynamic and collaborative environment, dedicated to the exchange of knowledge and the advancement of the mechanical and electrical fields.

Important Notes

• Closing Date: Registration should reach us latest by 15 Nov 2023 or when registration is full, whichever is earlier.
• Last minute registration will NOT be accepted.
• Registered member participant shall attend the event himself/herself personally.
• Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• If fail to attend the event, the fee paid will not be refunded.
• If the participant does not show up for it, or sign in and out, the participant will not be eligible for any CPD points. The requirement for eligibility is that the participant must participate in the entire event, should not be more than 15 minutes late, and should not leave early.
• Certificate of Attendance will not be issued to Walk-In Participants.
